At transition commencement, the Service Delivery Processes Lead must review inputs from due diligence, the contract,
proposed solution, Service Engagement Catalogue and pre-transition assessment to identify the scope for Service
Delivery Processes and their requirements. Additionally, this Service Delivery Processes stream should also receive
inputs from the Service Engagement Inititation stream to analyse scope.
The objective of this activity is to extract the required processes and procedures that are required to:
-
Integrate the components of the proposed solution design
-
Ensure the agreed service criteria are being measured, met and reported upon.
The Engagement Manager (Transition) should aid Service Delivery Processes Lead in validating the scope for Service
Delivery Processes by ensuring appropriate accesses have been granted to project repository where all contractual and
transition related artifacts are stored.
The analysis of scope may recommend creation of new processes and procedures as well as changes to existing Client
owned processes.
The Output of this analysis would typically provide input to the Service Engagement Initiation stream for creating and
updating the Terms Of Reference document.
